Clark,

Hey. I will not be holding my QCOM this long if I have doubts about this company's future. Aside from the above. Let us continue.

I think Skip and I are arguing Dr. J. personality does have some impacts on how people perceive CDMA technology and its rivals' tactics. It is how Dr. J. tells the press about his company and his company technology. That matters. Mr. Gates and SUNW's CEO tells about their companies product or technology with passion and vision terms. Even though their product or technology does not live to their promises. The press and Wall Street trust them. Why not QCOM?

ORCL's NC project and Asian crisis warning still lingered in my mind yet ORCL's share price is again in its all time high so far. ORCL's CEO talks with passion. Why not QCOM?

Apple. Another good example. With so many good technologies and products, the company's share price did not appreciate at all until Steve Jobs came in and Mr. Gates's helps and threats. Why not QCOM?

T. Another good example. With the previous CEO, Nothing was exciting until Mr. Armstrong came along. Why not QCOM?

Brian H.
