James and Alan,

IMO, the reason for the weakness in LCAV was the short term debt and the need to transfer the debt from the banks (credit line) to convertible stocks which in affect increased the number of common shares thereby diluting the value of the stock. Also the attempt to establish a higher stock price with the proposed reverse stock price only to see the stock plunge more than 50%.

The current upside break out is still in affect. This pullback is technically good for the stock as it will force the stock out of the "weak hands" and will enable more stock purchase on the pullback.

See the following URL for "Clear Station" chart on LCAV. Note that the buy signal is still on and the price has dropped back to the 50 day moving average which is a normal reaction to the recent rally.

This stock is technically capable of rising to the $2.25 price range, with a good chance of moving higher. Just be patient and enjoy the ride.

Harry
