Borislow resigns as Tel-Save.com CEO
NEW HOPE, Pa., Jan 5 (Reuters) - Telecommunications company Tel-Save.com Inc. said on Tuesday that Daniel Borislow, its chairman and chief executive officer, resigned and was replaced by Gabriel Battista, most recently the CEO of Network Solutions Inc. (Nasdaq:NSOL - news).

Borislow chose not to remain a board member, the company said. The company did not elaborate on his reasons for leaving. Company officials were not immediately available for comment.

Prior to Network Solutions, Battista served as CEO for Cable & Wireless Plc's (quote from Yahoo! UK & Ireland: CW.L) North America unit.
