Status of the Cotton Valley Pinnacle Reef Well 3-D Seismic Survey Received from Lajuanda Holder, CWEI's Director of Investor Relations: >>>>> I checked on the status of the 3-D seismic shoot (Cotton Valley). I keep check on it every few days. We are still waiting for a crew (Tidelands Geophysical Co., Inc. of Plano) to finish other projects so they can move to our project. I understand all the frigid weather pushed their schedule back. Could be any day now but looks like closer to first part of February.<<<<< Lajuanda also mentioned she will get in touch with Paine Webber first thing Monday morning regarding the issue of Zacks publishing a Paine Webber downward revision in '96 earnings estimates for CWEI, when in fact Paine Webber has increased their '96 estimates for CWEI, from 0.56 for the fourth quarter and 1.70 for the year, to 0.69 for the fourth quarter and 1.83 for the year. CWEI's management is comfortable with the new estimates.
