Well, Bill, since you were around in the early NETZ days perhaps you remember me, PartyTime. I'm still here, never went anywhere. Have I done most of the suffering for you? You bet! Have I been discouraged along the way? You bet!
Do I still think the plan is going to work? Well, though I think it's been a close call, I think the plan is finally coming together. Your best resource, however, is the SEC filings to gain your anchor view; you can weigh the company's sense of where it would like to be by reading its press releases; and, of course, you can read here for one hell of a jolly debate, cast of characters guaranteed!
As a small bit of background, ZULU did a reverse 10 for one. Now ZULU and ESVS will merge one for one. The combination, with the support of its venture capital, etc., have bought BrandsForLess. The combination of all companies will soon come under the umbrella of a completely new organization called ZuluGroup.com (ZGRP), which has corporately recently been registered in Delaware. When this happens, ZULU's Utah corporate registration will cease, as will the ESVS Colorado corporate registration.
Meanwhile, the ESVS Nasdaq delisting has been appealed, and it appears an all-remedy exhaustive effort will be made to land on Nasdaq or, it seems, an off-shot possibility of landing on AMEX.
I think it prudent to still say this investment isn't without risk-adversement, however, if everything comes together it could become very lucrative. Such is how I feel. Good luck in your decision. |
