Maybe try to recruit everyone you know to become QCOM shareholders who will NOT acquiesce to a lame buyout bid.

(Unfortunately, most people find it difficult to maintain a long-term view ...)

If we have enough hard-core QCOM believers, the risk arbitrageurs will not pry loose enough shares from the public to be able to ruin Irwin Jacobs & cohorts run for having (and maintaining) what seems destined to become one of the most successful businesses in the world.
