Various private sources. Some of them past or current employees of ISPs which have been taken over by ELNK. Also a respected tech IPO analyst has heard similar from contacts in venture capital. Sorry can't name any names. Don't want to get anyone in trouble. I'll try to find something verifiable I can post.
