Jon, what's wrong with the ZuluGroup.com business plan?

Of course, I want Zulu up, running and performing well against the competition. Where applicable, I want it to both best and beat the competition; where parity exists, well, treading water is just OK and not good enough; where there is sub-par performance I want immediate improvements. Whatever it takes to do this, I will support.
