Time out please..

Chicken,

The name is fine. I have no problems with the name as the title will please the net search engines and possibly attract the public eye for this most interesting subject matter which is so much misunderstood by the American investing community. Plus the selling of shares which you haven't got in the context of "selling short" is not even known to exist as far as most countries are concerned.

I have done nothing for the past year as looking at it from all kinds of perspectives and seen in conjunction with massive global financial corruption taking place involving all levels of seripvillianious mongerings found within the holy trinity, commerce - politicians-
attorneys, the subject matter is indeed worthy the description I gave it a year ago.

Economic Pestilence

Therefore if this thread can play a beneficial role in identifying the true villains, their motives, their character composition, their tools and their modus operandi and is able to earn respect through contributions by posters acknowledging that shortening of stocks
in public companies represents a great economic hazard for the global economies regardless if executed by a ring on SI or a hedge fund, then I find your thread a great idea.

There are no flies on your present Chairman's face, so you better keep him on. It is true what Barbie Doll Payne is saying. I would outlaw short selling in a flash. Not because the whole thing is a bad idea but because todays global economy structures no longer can carry the load. You want to make money on a criminal Chairman of a public company? Go to Chicago and buy PUTS.

Besides, it is doubtful nowadays that without corruption and associated criminal acts, short selling is profitable because the nature of the beast is hope not fear.
