Jatin,

Probably not a bad idea. INPR doesn't produce one single thing that many other companies don't already produce at competitive prices and functionality. They are not the leader in their industry, and as you correctly point out, during years of the greatest time in history for tech companies, INPR has lagged and still is behind. Can they make up for it? Who knows, I just think there are a lot better managed companies out there to purchase. I think it was Mark Bracey that said, INPR is dead money until they prove themselves. From my vantage point, they are a long way from proving themselves. And every day they waste in finding their stride, is like losing a month in the world of high tech. Dilbert simply does not have many days left before technology takes another quantum leap while he's busy perfecting yesterday's news.
