Well Tim, I can understand wanting to wait for higher prices before exercising the warrants... thats a good strategy.

The thing is... I have structured this so that it is a win-win situation for the company and the shareholders.

See those that choose to not exercise their warrants before the dividend ex date... that leaves more Archival shares in the CVIA treasury, IE we have larger Archival Stock inventory, because we didnt have to pay the extra shares as dividends... a larger Archival Inventory means a better book value for all of the CVIA shareholders.

Now for the shareholders that want to exercise their warrants, the cash infusion into the company treasury will also build the book value, but more importantly that cash will be applied to the future projects, which will really allow us to speed up these upcoming projects, and bring them online even faster.

The great part about this is we are also increasing our outstanding shares, with out any major dilution, IE getting closer to the NASDAQ small cap qualifications <g>

Pretty slick huh?
