So, as the NASD is a self-regulated organisazion, they are (How I could call it) a junta of kings reigning with a sort of "Absolutism". This word has another meaning (in latin) which is not "absolute" or "total" but "untied of the ground", "without regarding the will of the folks" - as for the kings in the middle ages...

How can it be that if a stocks tends to run, like AVCO or, more recently BCST they simply halt the trading - this wiping out the momentum, while other stocks - remember IMAL, SKYM AAGP or good ol' MZONes have been granted to run much farther in % terms.

Or could it be that the N computers aren't capable to handle a three-digit points gain in a stock???

It makes me laughing and sure, it stole away mucho monies from the mo buyers. At least it wiped off some 30 points off the run. What happend - MMs caught again?

C.
