It's probably all the internuts thinking it's a year 2000 stock <G>. Actually, it's interesting that "millennium" is one of the most commonly misspelled words (like in the title of this thread!). Do a Usenet search for "millenium" and "milennium" on DejaNews or AltaVista and you'll see what I mean. My own suggestion is that at midnight on 12/31/99 the masses can celebrate the turn of the "millenium/milennium" and the pedants can wait until 12/31/2000 to celebrate the turn of the "millennium." BTW, for an interesting article on pharmacogenomics, check out: medscape.com The recent acquisition by Quintiles is also worth noting. Peter (celebrating Millennium's performance this week)
