Very likely scenario. Isn't that interesting to see the opposite of last August when not many people wanted to even touch any stocks at those incredible bargain prices. Now, when the valuation is extremely high, seems like everyone wants to get in. The same analysts that are saying to buy these future Internuts will say exactly the opposite when the bottom drops.
Back in early October, the put/call ratio was so bearish that there were four times more put buying vs calls. And what happened to the mkt, up 30 to 40%.
IMO, the market correction of up to 10% can come anytime starting from next week going into Febuary. The likely scenario is that no matter good or bad earnings it will sell off, that is sell on bad news and good news. The smart ones should be holding $ and waiting(with their 40%+ gain) from August.
