In tandem with most young commercial success aspiring listed company comes more often as not the day when the cash obtained through the IPO exercise is gone to the wayside or in some cases to the wayward.

What now the unexperienced CFO asks himself. We have a good product, we have growth, we have sales and a comfortable profit margin he tells his ordinary banker who unfortunately does not agree with him for any particular reason.

Obviously if the game is crooked from the start meaning the IPO was already firmly in the " Shorters domain " or worse a "Shorters Shell " then the inevitable will happen anyways. Promotion trusting investors will lose their money 100%. In that scenario the CFO would never go to his own banker.

If the game was played straight so far, the company is a prime candidate for a commercial rescue attempt originating from a myriad of financial potemkin villages, camouflaged as 2nd tier banks and loan structures.

Their kernels are hosting criminal minds. Big time. Intertwined with each other and nowadays the entire globe encompassing they are the daily food dispensers for the Shorters community everywhere. The SI broadcasting platform, some of the 3rd tier of kernel members are using is only one little wheel in the complex discovery avoiding mechanism, the big wheels have setup after the California Bank and Loan spectacle and are in progress of expanding.

Small- and micro-cap companies the very same you find discussed on prominent short sellers gas stations are their targets. Their commercial intelligence network are staffed with the finest accountants the financial industry has on offer. That those accountants minds are bend behound repair in the ethical sense is understandable. I see no need to belch up my Sunday homily just to point out the detailed criteria and reasons why they are bend.

I am not qualified to pass judgement.It is only my opinion that those accountants must simply know for whom and to what end they receive their salary-cuts-fees-commissions.I just inserted this line as thank you note to a E/Mailer from the old days who actually put me into that particular direction.

They deliver a possible targets fact and figures to the kernel heads for review and further action of which in case of positive reaction one is the gathering of personal data of everyone within the companies leadership and personal data pertaining of the major shareholders.
