What if the buyout doesn't come for another 6 months, they would still need start up capital for the new venture. Would they not have to wait for the buyout to settle before they received dime one from their shares ? Also they only sold a portion of their shares. If they waited for a buyout they my miss their window to open up their markets before someone else does. Who knows ?
