I doubt you attempt to talk to anyone in the real world beyond your computer about Li-Poly arena. Investment community not interested? It took me about 50 phone calls but I have spoken to representatives of 5 major brokerage houses who are indeed looking at and TALKING directly to Valence.
You say the history of the company is checkered. True. but you talk about it as if it is one continuous beast from inception. If you spent some time developing sources you might have come to the tentative conclusion that Cal Reed who really had a lot to work with, basically bungled. He was not an R and D man. He had lots going for him but he couldn't coordinate. Now comes Mr. Dawson, the once and future king. It could well be the case that he has pulled it together. Not a great communicator (perhaps by intention), a bit of a cowboy, but in my opinion, given all the folks I've spoken with (more than 100), and everything he has said publicly, he would have to be seriously more unbalanced than you, for there not to be something really cooking at his company.
And this business about financing, its such a lot of hogwash and about 90% too much time on this thread has been spent on this topic.
LOOK WHO'S INVOLVED! do a little research on Dawson. You think he's a lightweight? a spinner of superficial crap like yourself. What are his motivations?
