Jeff, I know I don't need to point out to you, how ridiculous the answers you will get on this board can be. Joe always makes the suggestion that you call the company for answers. This is to let you know not to waste your dime or time on that. The company official line now is "no comment" You can ask if its sunny in FL and you will get a no comment. Now you can also call the new kid on the Block, Brad Miles, bear in mind he is paid to talk but you can bet you won't get any honest answers there either.

You hit the nail on the head with the issue of efficacy, thats what the FDA keeps telling them. Do not prove to us it isn't harmful (non toxic is their favortie word) prove it works. I know they wish they could put it in shampoo but since they have gone the distance with the fact that it is to be injected, they are stuck with that means of administration. If they can come up with some "homeopathic" usage... they will but how they will get anyone to approve rubbing cows milk on the body as a cure is beyond me. Time will tell us though.

If you want information though you have to go beyond the normal sources to verify things. Call the JIM and ask for the names of the "peer" reviewers for Dr. H's article. So far they won't tell.
Call Mt Sinai and ask if they endorsed the studies.. see if they knew of his financial arangements with ADVR. See if Mt Sinai will name the peer reviewers.

Call Smith Klein and see if they will tell you they did the lab work for these tests,
also Lab Roche.

Call the NY Bar and see if Richard J. Rubin is licensed.. call the SEC and see if he worked there.

Call Washington and see if you can locate the National Medical Honors Society.

Call American Trust and Transfer and see if you can get them to tell you how many shares are outstanding and how many options have been exercised out of the 32,000,000 registered.

There are more ways to check for information but that should give you some pointers on how to verify what you are being told. Oh and by all means read Mr. Scotti's posts and see how accurate his information has been and notice his evasiveness IF he answers you at all. If he or any of his flock respond,it is usually to hammer you for being a doubting Thomas.

Notice they all know of someone who was cured by Reticulous? If that were a fact then Commonwealth would be deluged with orders.. and so far that doesn't appear to be the case.

Joe will now berate me for posting old issues, this after he just posted his "old" article, but these are issues still unresolved, well to those who haven't called already, they are unresolved, but try this approach if you want a true picture. Still interested? <G>
