From YAHOO-Must READ...msg 13294 IDTC thread Note Key Points
"Thursday and Friday were gratifying days for many of us who have been long in the stock for sometime. I was particularly pleased because I knew that many investors on margin had decisions to make and the shakeout (that seems to always preceed a runup) was unpleasant and words wern't doing it. The stock needed to show it could move.

Really, exactly as I have been predicting since December, the January run up has begun.

This spinoff thing has been around for awhile. As I said in December, the smart money would take their tax loss early in the month and be back in the first two weeks. This combined with a broad based rally that spilled over into our sector finally and the apparent leakage of some kind of news, has spurred us on.

We all knew in december that nothing would happen until the annual meeting for a variety of reasons. As the meeting was so late in December we knew that nothing would happen before year end. From there it was not hard to deduce that January would be an exciting month.

I am very excited myself over the ecommerce solutions that IDT has been working on. I have been saying since last October that IDT is working on some ecommerce deals that will absolutely
astound many people. The lands end deal and the my space are but a small part. This company has a plan, they are executing it and it will be brilliant. I heard about many of these deals in the
last quarter of last year and fully expect some of them to be announced soon. Really, really exciting stuff.

The company is currently valued IMO between 25-28 just on the strngth of its telecon business alone. That is on any reasonable valuation method. i.e., price to earnings, price to book, price to
sales, ebita etc.

It will be even more valuable as a telecon company after the ISP and net2phone are spun off.

This will actually increase gross margins in the telecon side which is great. As I said last week. I expect a sharp rise this coming week. Technicals look great and hopefully, the company will start to reveal some of their potential to us on the internet side.

We control 90% of the paid telephony market.

We have the 10th largest ISP.

Our growth rate is incredible.

We have a B+ credit rating with Moodys (higher than any other company in the sector).

We have 180 million in the bank.

We have the higest gross margin og anyone in the sector.

We just hit double digit ebita

AND WE'RE JUST GETTING STARTED.

To those new investors and old, congratulations in investing in one heck of a company.

Best regards."
