Pluvia/Steve: Conversion A couple of notes regarding your post: (sorry, delay is due to 7 hour time difference). The return, given that the discount is 15% is actually 17.6% - they fork out 85 and get back 100 straight away. Also, I agree with you (and I have some experience with these deals)that thewse guys aren't in for the long run - they are going to sell out the minute they convert. However, there is one good point. It is in their interests to push the stock above about 4 1/8. If they can do this by throwing in a couple of hundred thou every now and then it is worth it to increase the high revenue on their 10 million. Agree/disagree? civil comments welcome from all :)
