Wesley,

This article is what Jack Kay said back on 12/19/95

Revenue from its business relationship with Intel Corp. (INTC) could amount to far more than $20 million for Phoenix Technologies Ltd. (PTEC), said Chief Executive Jack Kay.
In a press release announcing the relationship late yesterday, Phoenix said it expected fees and royalties of at least $20 million over five years.
But the small software company has the potential to garner a revenue stream of between $40 million and $60 million over the seven-year life of the agreement, Kay told Dow Jones.
In fact, Kay said he felt confident that by 1997 virtually all of Intel's motherboards will be shipped with Phoenix's BIOS software, an interface between a computer and its software. BIOS software enables the computer hardware and its software operating system to work together.
Even though Kay called fiscal 1996 a year of transition in the contract, he said he was comfortable with Wall Street's estimates of $62 million in revenue and 62 cents a share in earnings. The company made 58 cents a share on $49.9 million in revenue in fiscal 1995 ended September.
And despite the marquee value of the Intel deal, Kay said he was confident about other business at Phoenix come 1997. In 1997, Intel should still be less than a 10% customer, he said.

The key here is the statement that Intel will only be a 10% customer this year. If you run those numbers? <grin>
