Market capitalization is calculated: # of shares x share price. This has increased with the recent run up and is 72,000,000 x .22 or $15 million+ now. It increases along with share price. Part of getting some companies ready to go onto the Nasdaq is getting the principals to let loose of some of their shares, to increase the public float and the number of shareholders, to meet the requirements. As you can see from the table at nasdaq.com In 2 of the 3 scenarios to become eligible you don't need earnings and in 1 you don't need a positive balance sheet OR earnings, just a lot of people who think your stock is worth way more than it really is. Go Figure. Anyway we will have to see the share price go up before it can be listed on the national market. I see the traders taking profits tomorrow and trying to knock the stock price down tomorrow so hang on and Buy. Dave
