Some may think voice call center importance diminishes with surge of e-commerce. This may be true for low ticket items. But for complex products and higher ticket items I think voice call center is key element of the e-commerce.

Customer browses, selects, and then must be connected to live agent for tweeking specs, payment issues, shipping issues, and then for realtime ongoing customer support.

IMO, as e-commerce grows, call centers will grow.
