Call Centers remain VERY important. I don't know if ASPT is involved in centers like this, but whenever I have an issue that isn't covered at all or well on an online FAQ, I WANT a live person. In fact, I hate the automated crap that most companies put on the phone lines. Give me a human any day of the week. I think they will become more valuable to the companies that have them.
