Rob, AMTD has 29 million shares outstanding. Here's the Microsoft Investor place where I got the information: investor.msn.com By the way, I trade fairly frequently and am basically satisfied with the company. It is true that they have limitations. It also seems that they are dealing with an overwhelming volume of trades and calls these days. Hope that augers well for earnings. Bruce
