But I must say, I was somewhat impressed by the civility of your return salvos. Perhaps you had so many flames from last night to respond to, you couldn't put much effort or thought into any one particular zing.

Is there anyone among us who does not believe that the industry is in better shape because of AMD and that we as consumers and the country as a whole are not benefiting from AMD's presence? Competition is the lifeblood of capitalism, and my friends, it looks like AMD and Intel are in the thick of it (much to Intel's chagrin). And perhaps, if Intelees and AMDers can keep their exchanges at least civil if not totally free from a few barbs (unlike those Yahooites) maybe we all can make each other better investors (just like AMD and Intel are making each other better companies).
Having said that, is it true, Paul, that the real reason you went to MIT is because that's the only school you could spell?
