Andrew, regarding electronic delivery. I would think that many of PROG's products may not be most conducive to electronic delivery at this point in time. As you state, their target market at this point in time are the computer "geeks." I would guess much of the software PROG sells are fairly hefty programs. I would hate to think how long it would take to download Windows '98 or some similar voluminous program from a website. Although for me, I recently got a cable modem which speeds things up considerably. Until more people have broadband connections, I would guess that electronic delivery, at least for large programs, will remain somewhat limited.
