Peter: All stocks have risk and most have at least some up-side potential. The most risk in a trade is when you first make it, and you have to be nimble to take a SMALL loss in order to stay in the game. It is not my agenda to become a "local expert"; just passing much experience to some of you astute enough to see the value in it.
