Guru, this post send chills down my spine. I am familiar how these types of situations KILL investors every day in Bulletin board scams. I guess I was just naive enough to believe that the SEC would NEVER allow this type of thing to happen. I guess if you have enough money, like DB, you can scam anyone you want. Very scary to think that such a large scale PR deal can take place withouht the SEC stepping in. Although I must say that I am not at all surprised that the SEC would look the other way to a company with so much money.(DB)

I think this whole situation is reflective of our society as a whole. Our whole economy operates on money that is borrowed. Similar to the way that YHOO, AMZN, and several other companies are overinflated, so too is our economy. However, if Europe paid their debts to us, there would be no debt. Something to think about.
