This could be a fantastic deal in itself. Could this be the same event that Mincheff spoke at? Could this be why Mincheff was the main speaker? Do we have this license back now or did we renew the term. SIM sold the license originally so in essence ZULU has not seen any of the money or been able to use this license. The Company has entered into a license agreement with a related company. The Company has received a license fee of $450,000 as consideration for granting the related company the exclusive right to produce a certain trade show worldwide through December 31, 1998. The license fee is being amortized over the term of the agreement. bb
