Scott,
I thankfully have never had a computer crash. I guess I've
been lucky. But, I don't usually 'mess' with what I don't know
anything about. Yet I have been trying a few things lately from
what I've read on this thread.

One thing that always confuses computer "newbies" like me is,
the letters used in explaining what you knowledgeable computer
guys are talking about.
What is a "Windows OS FAT file"?
I barely know what a Zip drive is.
Not trying to cause a problem, but I get lost easy. (that's why
I let my wife read the maps! lol)

I guess it's the same with "newbies" on chat lines and on SI.
It takes a while to figure out what ROFL & IMO means.
