It's my understanding NetRadio not yet an ipo. For now DBCC, but NAVR and VVTV later.

It has been since November the NetRadio has been talked about to best of my knowledge, these things take time. For those wishing less volaility on NetRadio, VVTV, theoretically, has less volatility, as respects NetRadio, since it's ownership is only 15%.
