Sounds to me like you have a personal thing with MSFT. People voluntarily sold their AMZN in the low teens. Just because its so much higher doesn't mean they were ripped off. "I would like to know if there is any precedent of a company "getting" another company from a suit. I am not aware of any, but then I'm not in a position to be. Just for the record, I'm not intending to step into AVNT short. I believe the court action is well priced into the stock by now. Most are, or should be, aware of the situation by now. If the price were to approach 30, I would revisit on a technical basis. Barb
