Yes I think Biggs is looking for a stock drop off, but he was more disposed toward Japan as I recall.
Yes, the anti gold routine is reaching feverish pitch. Even me. I pitch, then duck. Getting used to it. Like a boxer taking punches, then counterpunching.
Example. Cheryl Strauss Einhorn in Barrons. All the old stale bear arguments - in my opinion. The worst was about production. It is really sort of inelastic in a few year time period. If gold rallies $100,production would not increase that much. Here piece this week did not contain ONE positive thing on gold. A contrarian's delight. Only bullish surprises can surface.
Anyway, yet the gold bull maniacs like myself have dwindled like 10 ten little Indians. I still say $400 by year end. Geronimo!!!!!
