and just who would watch the board while I was gone? No Randal, just as I have no reason or desire to meet Pat Hayton because of the futility in it, so goes the meeting. I sincerely doubt that anyone would spend more than a local drive would cost to get there. Other than listening, there is very little involvement for the minority shareholder. I might suggest that since Jon is so close to the meeting place, someone sign over their voting rights to him and let him go. bb
