Good to see some familiar and also respected names posting on this message board. I too am still hanging in there. Personally, I believe that the sale of the Orbit facility is still hanging over Dii's head. Those who are familiar with the company know it is old news (even though not yet accomplished), but when they take the write off some investors will only see lower earnings. I don't know how may conversations I've had with friends/investors regarding companies who have said " ...yeah but that company' (insert name here) selling at an unbelievable multiple". And I respond, "yeah but that's looking backward and those earnings includes non recurring charges" or "yeah but this company's just moved above their break-even point and their operating leverage is just kicking in".
