Questions...Questions Does anyone have an idea on costs associated with establishing a cell site? I am sure a site in Wyoming is cheaper than New York, but what costs are involved? Permits/approvals etc. Also at cell sites, what kind of backup power is available in case of power outages. Are sites powered by backup generators/batteries? Thanks in advance.
