EGYV has leased and moved the facilities and equipment of ASRF to Ottawa Ontario. Nor President of Astris is in conjunction with world renowed electro=chemist Dr. Karl Kordesch and the staff of ICPET (?) are to establish an expanded Fuel Cell research program. The big commitment is in the last sentence. "EVI (Energy Ventures) anticipates that this Fuel Cell program will result in the marketing of small Fuel Cell units for use in such applications as golf carts and electric motorbikes by the end of 1999
