Re bullish environment, Berney, let me rephrase: The Dow went up 300+ points the past week. Usually we call that, blue-eyed as we are here/there in europe, a bullish market. Lets call it cow market for what I care then. The question was only: who and how much is invested.
As I subscribe to Tit-for-tat policy, I'll tell my side of the story: I am close to 100%, since october - this is intended for writing public, and for illiterates as well -. The question of course still stands.
