************MKII UPDATES**************
1) We may have NEWS as early as next week.
2) It's my understanding MKII is looking for a PR to handle shareholders questions, concerns, PR, etc.
3) La Ponderosa deal. We must wait for Co. NEWS about this.
We don't know by sure if deal still on, if they will close in few weeks or if deal is OFF. Let's Paul Smith tell us.
4) If those two large shareholders who sold in December because tax loses want to come back into the action, then we must watch out for large buys after next week.
5) If they buy, price will jump UP. We still have next week to buy more. I DO HOPE THEY'LL BACK, PRICE WILL GO BACK AS OCT. 1998.
If they won't, we still have the NEWS, which we all hope be good.
6) Even when all OTB BB must start to report, we know already MKII is working right now on becoming a report company. They won't wait until last minute.
7) FLOAT: I had few Private messages about shareholders claiming
the float to be: 5.000.000 shares, 8.000.000 shares and 9.000.000 shares.
As we see we have three different numbers.
Also on this one we better wait for a Company Press Release.
It looks like January is the month of the rebound of the pennies stocks. One by one they are recovering price.
Let's hope very soon we also be trading in the 0.40's to the 0.80's.
I wish we all start buying few thousands each one to help the price to recover.
