After the effet of the private placement 39,524,934 shares of common and and additional 9,369,012 shares subject to options, rights and warrants are outstanding. I belive this includes options to purchace at the 1.75 per share of common as well as options excersizable at varrious strike prices (1-2/share) for employee options. All total 48,893,946 shares of common if warrants and opions are excersized for an additional 16,380,021 Canadian (using the 1.75/share ) to the company.
Typical private placement, particularly when you consider where there share price was in Oct/Nov when this was being put togeather.
