Lazarre, I disagree with you. It doesn't matter what you paid for the warrants. If the common is above $5.75, it is worthwhile to convert. For example, if AMEN is trading at $7 a share, and you have warrants, you could convert your warrants to common for $5.75 and be ahead $1.25 per share. Overall, you might still have a loss (depending on what you paid for the warrants), but you're still $1.25 per share better off than if you had not converted the warrants. True ??
