Stock prices 30% overvalued?

>>And stock prices would shoot up
again, just when they are already 30 percent overvalued, according to
several Wall Street estimates.<<

The latest figures I have seen suggest that in aggregate stocks are selling at 2.2 to 3 times the replacement cost of their assets depending on certain assumptions. Replacement cost or Tobins Q as it is called, has been mean reverting for aggregate stock prices for 125 years in several countries.

Essentially that means the big one is coming eventually.
