Each of the "rolling averages" column numbers are equal, to the third digit, to the latest month.

I say again, "Go to the SEMI site and read the definition of the data being reported."

SEMI has never reported data for a single month. The "November" data is in fact a seasonally adjusted, 3 month rolling average of the data reported for September, October and November. i.e. - the data you described, by SEMI's definition, is the same and was intended by SEMI to be the same.

I noticed that in the compiled tables and they haven't fixed it, yet.

If you wanted it to be something different, the fact that it isn't, is your problem, not SEMI's.

P.S. If you go back and check the "June, July, August" numbers, you'll find that they're close to the number reported for "August". Reasons for any differences are also described at Semi's website.
