Zeev; I represent the 2nd wave; and we're coming ...

There is an entirerly new base of Internet investors. These investors have stood on the sidelines watching the Internet story unfold. These are not the momenteum lemmings trying to catch the last train. These are not ''non-believers'' in the Internet and it's ultimate value or impact. They are just not comfortable assigning valuations to companies like Amazon. They have stood and watched in disbelief as the Zapata's and K-Tel's unfolded... Many times they may own Cisco, Intel and Microsoft; but if they weren't in AOL YAHOO AMAZON CMGI et al a year ago; they aren't about to enter now. However; the new start up companies, the over-looked/under-valued and most importantly the profitable companies with a solid product and business plan will greatly benefit in the coming months. PROG certainly seems ready to benefit by the next wave of ''rationally exuberant'' investors entering the fray...

With the heavy schedule of tech conferences featuring the Internet companies coming up here - the Institutions and Funds will push this sector to another level.Tremendous trading opportunites will abound; however PROG seems to be a great longterm hold prospect. A ''real'' value stock in the Internet arena - allmost scary... I sense that the Street is not comfortable in taking Amazon to 200+ post split this quickly; they will be looking for the ''new, or the next story'' here. The PROG's of the world will receive dramatic interest. Companies that are at reasonable, logical valuations likePROG & IDTC for example will also see a fresh flow of cash. In my opinion; PROG @ $40-60 may happen sooner rather than later.

Internetmania-wise, I think we are in the ''3rd quarter'' here; still time to play; but we should all be watching the clock... It is inevitable that the high flyers will experience a substantantial correction - maybe 2/3rds of shareprices - but the $64 question is will AMZN et al start its retracement from post split $180 in the next few months, or in 6-9 months at $300+; and will it pull down the fairly valued 2nd tier players with them ?

We indeed are living in interesting times...

For the reasonable valuation/price oriented; any suggestions other than PROG ? I like IDTC here as well; - suggestions for a research list anyone ?

good luck all; Monday should be very interesting as PROG is certainly on the ''Radar Screens'' now...
