Saw this on the hotlist so came over. My wife uses net2phone to call from Canada to France. Works great.

Then our account ran to $0. Tried adding $ to the account and "customer service" and some rude Axxwhole said my account was blocked. Asked what that meant, and they said they didn't know, I'd have to talk to billing. They gave me an email address, sent off a message. Weeks passed and still not able to add $ to my account. Shorted the stock and sent a message to them that I thought their company and service was crap.

Still no reply.

few weeks later I was able to add $ to my account.

If these people really want to make money why don't they take my money?
