The merger just might go the other way with AHS merging into AVAL and thus becoming a public company itself. I know of another little bitty public company company which is in the process of trying to merge with a much larger private company. The little company has a wonderful new widget and some orders, but no capital to be able to proceed with manufacturing. The private company has the capital and wants to become public. So they are negotiating to see if they can come up with a plan that makes both sides happy. George
