You want kickbacks for marketing, Bill? How about you PAY us 4 cents for everytime we had to explain to a customer that a trade costs $9.99 instead of $9.95? On customer service How about we quadruple our support staff? OK? Ok! On capacity You want us to get a T-3? You want us to to Quadruple the number of servers so everything is faster? ok!
