It is interesting. Of course you only recycle what can be resurrected. Likely candidate are Jesus, newspaper, gold, scrap iron, excuses to the wife and anything that will tell a story again.

DDTS will tell a story again as it is a real gold property that was mined for profit and could be again. It was ony closed because the head of the company (J.P. Getty) died and the affairs of the company were changed back to exclusively oil.
