Well that is not doing anything for this stock. My guess is that as soon as it is clear that the CEO really is not going to take this one over then it is a $10 - $11 stock again. I do not think that is far off either. This is really a bad situation for shareholders. Other small caps are on the move and people with money in this thing have it tied up for a limited possibility of 3/4ths of a point, which would be the best outcome.
